Your first session is ready right away. A new one is added each month on your billing date.
Questions
What if I miss a month?
Your session rolls over. Unused sessions stay on your account for 12 months while your membership is active.
Can someone else use my session?
Yes. Up to 2 sessions each calendar year can be used by a family member or friend. Simply let us know when you book.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Pause for up to 3 months a year, for any reason, at no charge. Billing stops and your sessions stay on your account. Ask us in person, by phone, or by email.
How do I cancel?
Give us 30 days notice by email, phone, or in person. Any sessions you have already paid for remain available for 3 months after your cancellation takes effect.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in the monthly fee.
Can I upgrade my session?
Yes. If you book a service that costs more than your plan includes, you pay only the difference.
Is there a sign-up fee or contract?
There is no sign-up fee and no minimum term. Your membership renews monthly until you cancel.
Sessions are subject to availability. Please give 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment; late cancellations and no-shows count as a used session. Full terms are in the membership agreement.
